Product description
Podoscan 3D – optoelectronic scanner for obtaining a three-dimensional model of the foot. 3D Podoscan The 3D scanner, with an accuracy of up to one millimeter, allows obtaining 2D and 3D images of the foot in unloaded, semi-loaded, and loaded positions in a single examination. Podoscan 3D also determines the imprint left in phenolic foam. The device is mainly intended for manufacturing plantar orthoses, which, combined with pressure calculation on the foot determined using a baropodometric platform, allows obtaining a design of an individual orthosis that truly meets the postural needs of the client. The image is obtained using the FreeStep software and can be immediately exported to the EasyCad Insole insole design program. Additionally, measurement results can be used at any time to create an accurate foot mold. FEATURES: data collection: rapid acquisition of monopodal data in loaded, semi-loaded, and unloaded states or from phenolic foam and scan evaluation using FreeStep software; 2D and 3D scanning: simultaneous acquisition of 2D and 3D images of the foot; export: export of 3D images in .stl format; measurement: automatic measurement of the obtained 3D study; electronic archiving: digitization of molds and foam allows archiving patient data electronically, freeing up space intended for physical mold archiving; image quality: image optimization tools processing 3D and 2D images optimized for insole production.
