Reinforced functional knee orthosis Orliman with limiter OCR200 is a dynamic functional orthosis for stabilizing the ligament apparatus of the knee joint, serving as a kind of external frame that replaces the impaired function of the knee joint. The orthosis is based on a rigid reinforced frame made of durable aluminum alloy. The upper part of the frame is directed forward, and the lower part of the frame is directed backward. Six straps secure the orthosis on the leg and create their directed pressure. This combination of frame and straps creates maximum stabilizing effect, prevents pathological movements in the joint, displacement of the femur and tibia, and ligament injuries. Inside there is a non-slip soft lining that ensures comfortable use of the orthosis. The side plates are connected by a dynamic polycentric hinge with a "flexion-extension-LOCK" system. Removable metal wedges are used in the lock to adjust the range of flexion and extension angles.
