Protective glasses are used for short-term presence indoors during operation of ultraviolet bactericidal lamps that are in the field of view. It is mandatory to use eye protection when turning on and off bactericidal irradiators and quartz irradiators , during irradiation sessions with tube-quartz lamps , as well as during operation of other devices with open ultraviolet bactericidal lamps. WARNING! Exposure to ultraviolet bactericidal lamps without protective equipment can cause painful burns of the mucous membrane and cornea of the eyes.
