Product description
Rigid derotation boot for foot fixation at a 90° angle in femoral neck fractures, post-endoprosthetics, paresis, and paralysis of the lower limbs. The Doctor Life BA-420 derotation boot is designed for reliable foot fixation and immobilization of the ankle joint in a functionally correct position at a 90° angle. It is most commonly used for femoral neck fractures, postoperative periods, and rehabilitation after injuries or neurological impairments. The product is made of durable thermoplastic with a soft terry covering that ensures comfort during prolonged wear and prevents skin irritation. Fixation is achieved using a T-shaped strap and Velcro fasteners, allowing secure stabilization of the foot in a stable position. A soft layer between the inner lining and fasteners helps reduce sweating and increases user comfort. The boot can be used as a day or night orthosis, as well as a rehabilitation aid for bedridden patients.
