Product description
Insole sizes: from 35 to 48 The first individual 3D insole for active movement in Ukraine. Vitamed Sport 3D Print is specially designed for sports and active loads: 3D printing from rubber-like FLEX filament, adaptive cushioning layer, and special cell weaving. Manufactured for your foot within 7–10 days. Features 1. Special 3D weaving structure The shape of the cells is selected for active movement tasks — even load distribution, better shock absorption, and material ventilation. An engineering solution, not a standard grid. 2. Plantamed coating (Italy) Dense synthetic fabric does not stretch, allows air to pass, and absorbs moisture — keeps the insole in shape even under intense loads. 3. Adaptive cushioning layer A 2 mm EVA layer absorbs shock loads and gradually "adapts" to the shape of the foot during wear. 4. Hand assembly for each client All layers are glued manually to your specific foot — even material tension, correct arch geometry, reliable adhesion. Advantages Shock absorption you can feel. FLEX filament is more elastic than rigid TPU — with every step it absorbs impact and returns energy. The 2 mm EVA layer fixes the shape to the arch contour. The shape holds even when hot. Plantamed does not "shrink" or accumulate odor — the insole looks like new after weeks of daily training. Slip control. The top fabric allows the foot to move naturally under loads — without sticking or excessive friction. Precise fit. Made from a mold of your foot — repeats the contour without painful pressure zones. Who is it for Vitamed Sport 3D Print is designed for people whose feet work more than average: Running and athletics — stabilizes pronation, softens impact impulse. Prevention of fasciitis and painful heel syndrome. Fitness and CrossFit — FLEX filament absorbs peak impulses from jumps and burpees, maintaining elasticity between sets. Team sports: football, basketball, volleyball — reduces the risk of ankle twisting during sharp stops and turns. Martial arts and combat sports — supports the forefoot when working on toes and in stance. Hiking and trekking — evenly distributes increasing load from the backpack — the lower back thanks you. Prolonged standing: medics, teachers, sellers — relieves fatigue in the arches by the end of the shift. Why choose these insoles A serial insole is made for an "average foot." Vitamed Sport 3D Print is made for yours: your contour, your arch, your pressure zone. The result — less microstrain in the shin, less pressure on the knee, less fatigue by evening. We are the first in Ukraine to launch 3D insoles for sports on FLEX filament — a more elastic material than standard TPU. Each insole is assembled manually in Kyiv. How to get individual insoles?
