The medical stretcher with mechanical height adjustment is designed for transporting patients indoors: operating rooms, X-ray and procedure rooms, and wards. The base of the medical stretcher with height adjustment is a frame made of cold-rolled steel with a powder-polymer coating. The movable platform with a reinforced bed on it can change height in the range of 545-850 mm. Height adjustment is controlled by a handle located under the bed, at its foot end. The drive mechanism is based on a traction screw made of high-strength steel with trapezoidal threading. The correct thread profile reduces effort during lifting and ensures reliable fixation of the bed at the desired height. The bed is made of impact-resistant plastic, resistant to disinfectants and detergents, and divided into two sections. The main section tilt angle is adjusted steplessly using a gas spring in the range of 0-70°, with fixation in the desired position. Transport handles are located at the corners of the bed and have a smooth shape. The stretcher comes with a removable mattress made of durable Oxford 600 material, which is waterproof and easily cleaned with all types of disinfectants. The thigh and chest parts of the bed are equipped with straps for patient fixation with reliable locks and protection against accidental release. Side rails in the lowered position do not protrude beyond the dimensions of the trolley, allowing it to approach hospital beds closely. In the raised position, they have reliable fixation preventing accidental lowering and ensuring safe patient transport. The stretcher is mounted on four double self-orienting wheels with a diameter of 125 mm and a central control system. The operating mode is selected by a pedal located at the lower part of the frame. It is possible to simultaneously lock the rotation and turning of all four wheels, have free rotation mode for all wheels, and a mode to fix the front wheels against turning. The stretcher is equipped with a removable infusion stand, which when not in use folds into a compartment under the bed. The mounting brackets of the folding stand allow unused parts to be hidden under the bed.
