Bed for bedridden patient KFM-2nb-7 AURA is intended for use in medical institutions, hospitals, as well as in home settings. The patient bed is designed for placing patients with various diseases, as well as injured patients, and is developed considering the requirements for accommodating patients with severe nervous and cardiovascular system diseases, and is also an optimal choice for injured patients. The bed base is a frame structure with one static section and a functional head section, the lifting and lowering of which is carried out using a handle located near the foot of the bed. The bed base is a welded steel mesh with a diameter of 4 mm and cell size 50x50 mm. The mesh metal base provides maximum ventilation of the under-mattress space. Removable side rails and side panels made of laminated chipboard with a plastic edge thickness of 2 mm are attached to the frame. The bed is equipped with folding side rails that prevent patient falls. On the side parts of the frame, mounts are made for installing an infusion stand for long-term infusions. In the central part of the frame at the bottom, hooks are fixed that allow hanging urine bags. The bed is a collapsible structure. Manufacturing of a fully welded structure is possible. All metal parts of the bed are coated with powder-polymer paint resistant to disinfectant solutions. All parts to be painted undergo chemical preparation (phosphating) before coating, which makes the coating more resistant to corrosion and durable in use. Painting the structure in any color is possible by agreement with the Customer. All materials used in the production of the product are properly certified for use in medical practice. The bed is mounted on four self-orienting wheels, two of which are equipped with brakes, diameter 75 mm with a gray tire that does not leave marks.
