The KFM-4nb-e4s medical functional 4-section bed for bedridden patients features electric height adjustment of the bed base and tilt angles of three sections. Designed for use in healthcare facilities, medical hospitals, as well as home care. The bed is intended for patients with severe illnesses and injured patients, developed considering the requirements for accommodating patients with severe nervous and cardiovascular system diseases, and is also an optimal choice for injured patients. The main part of the bed is the base with height adjustment capability via electric actuators, constructed as a frame structure with a static section and functional head, thigh, lifting, and lowering sections controlled by pedals and a remote control panel. The height adjustment range of the bed base is achieved by an electric actuator equipped with a foot control drive. This feature allows transferring the patient onto a stretcher or other surface for further transportation. The bed base consists of metal slats. The slatted base ensures maximum load capacity of the structure. Removable side rails made of ABS plastic are attached to the frame. The sides of the frame have mounts for installing an infusion stand for prolonged infusions. Hooks for hanging urine bags are fixed underneath the central part of the frame. The bed is a collapsible design. A welded frame version can be manufactured. All metal parts of the bed are coated with powder-polymer paint resistant to disinfectant solutions. All painted parts undergo chemical preparation (phosphating) before coating, enhancing corrosion resistance and durability. The frame can be painted in any color upon agreement with the Customer. All materials used in manufacturing are properly certified for medical use. The bed is mounted on four self-orienting wheels, two of which have brakes, with a diameter of 75 mm and gray non-marking tires. Additionally, the bed can be equipped with: mattress, support holder, infusion stand, overbed table, bedpan holder. The bed is supplied disassembled: bed base, leg set with wheels, side rails with quick-release mechanism, side guards.
