Semi-rigid Orliman corset with dynamic fixation of the lumbar-sacral region Star Brace Dynamic is a lumbar-sacral semi-rigid corset with a function of dynamic fixation and unloading in the lumbar spine region. The unique compression mechanism allows even unloading and stabilization of the spine, providing the user with comfort during movement. To fix the thermoplastic plate, the corset must be threaded through the hole in the textile material on the plate and secured in the required position on the Micro-Velcro fastener. Unique tightening system - a fixation and compression mechanism in the kidney area. The semi-rigid material of the entire corset is due to the integration of Velour material along the entire length of the corset. Inner hypoallergenic breathable, moisture-absorbing Poromax material. Antibacterial Thermy-tex treatment prevents the occurrence of unpleasant inflammation. Height in front – 23 cm, height in back – 32 cm. In the kidney area, there is a thermoplastic plate with a soft coating in the skin contact area. FEATURES: unique tightening system - fixation and compression mechanism in the kidney area; semi-rigid material of the entire corset due to integration of Velour material along the entire length of the corset; inner hypoallergenic breathable, moisture-absorbing Poromax material; antibacterial Thermy-tex treatment prevents unpleasant bacterial inflammation under the corset; height in front – 23 cm, height in back – 32 cm; in the lumbar area, there is a thermoplastic plate with a soft coating in the skin contact area. EFFECT: stabilization and unloading of the lumbar spine; prevention of injuries during sudden movements and heavy loads; protection of the lumbar region thanks to the thermoplastic plate; individual adaptation to the user's body shape; improvement of proprioception. INDICATIONS: patients in the rehabilitation period after surgeries on the lumbar-sacral region; for fixation during pain syndrome in the lumbar spine; as part of complex conservative therapy for inflammatory, degenerative-dystrophic processes and injuries in the lumbar spine (spondylosis, radiculitis, displacement and hernias of intervertebral discs, ligament injuries of the lumbar region); for protection of the lumbar region and prevention of injuries (relapses) during physical exertion.
