Product description
MЕ660 — portable infusion pump for controlled administration of medicinal products and infusion solutions ✔ 10 infusion modes ✔ Infusion rate range 0.10–2200.00 ml/h ✔ Dynamic pressure control DPS and Anti-Bolus function ✔ Blood component transfusion and enteral feeding via probe Warranty 24 months Key advantages Ten infusion modes: supported modes include rate, time, mass, drops, "Dose-Time", interval, Ramp, sequential, micro mode, and first dose mode. This set allows selecting the administration algorithm according to the prescribed therapy scheme and patient category. Extended clinical application: ME660 works with standard infusion systems, blood transfusion sets, and systems for dosed enteral feeding via probe. Wide rate range: infusion rate is adjustable from 0.10 to 2200.00 ml/h. In the range up to 99.9 ml/h, the minimum step is 0.01 ml/h, which is important when administering low-rate drugs and working with children and newborns. Dynamic pressure control DPS: pressure changes in the infusion line are displayed in real time. 15 occlusion threshold levels from 75 to 1125 mmHg are available, allowing adaptation of control sensitivity to the clinical situation and patient type. Automatic pressure reduction Anti-Bolus: after occlusion alarm confirmation, the pump automatically reduces pressure in the line. This function helps reduce the risk of inadvertent bolus administration after obstacle removal. Air and infusion system control: detection of individual air bubbles and control of their accumulation over 15 minutes are provided. The drop counter allows monitoring the drip flow, and the empty container detection system has three sensitivity levels. Drug library and DERS: memory can store up to 5000 drug names. The Dose Error Reduction System (DERS) supports setting hard and programmable upper and lower limits of administration parameters. Convenient control: 3-inch LCD displays rate, administered and residual volume, selected mode, drug, battery status, alarms, and DPS indicator. Brightness adjustment, night mode, backlight, and button lock are provided. Ukrainian language interface: Ukrainian menus, settings, and messages simplify equipment mastering, ensure convenient daily work of medical staff, and help reduce the risk of errors when setting infusion parameters. Log and administered volume control: memory stores at least 3000 records with data protection in case of power off. The pump automatically calculates total, daily, last, and other cumulative volumes for selected time periods. Portability and transport application: housing with handle, weight not more than 1.5 kg, built-in battery simplify pump movement between departments. The model can be used in ambulances (complies with EN1789 standard). Suitable for - intensive care and resuscitation units; - operating and anesthesiology departments; - neonatology and pediatric departments; - inpatient wards and infusion units of hospitals; - emergency departments and observation rooms; - institutions working under PMG NSZU packages that require infusion pumps; - emergency medical teams for use in ambulances. Compliance and certification Infusion pump MЕ660 is manufactured at a facility certified according to EN ISO 13485 standard. The product complies with the requirements of the Technical Regulation on medical devices (Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No.753 dated 14.09.2021)
