The principle of operation is based on the bactericidal effect of UV radiation with a wavelength of 254 nm, which is provided by the use of a TUV30 lamp in the irradiator. The irradiator frame is made of metal profile and painted with white powder enamel. Due to its design, the wall-mounted irradiator OBN-150m with two quartz bactericidal lamps of 30 W power allows disinfection of the room. The irradiator is installed horizontally on the wall, and disinfection is carried out by air convection.
