Patella Stabilization Orthosis The solid rigid orthosis is made of patented breathable and moisture-permeable Drytex material, which maintains a healthy microclimate inside the orthosis regardless of climatic conditions. The Lateral "J" is equipped with aluminum side inserts with a polycentric hinge to enhance lateral stability. The main feature of the orthosis is the presence of a J-shaped pad that provides reliable support to the patella, preventing it from shifting left/right (depending on the model). The lateral double strap enhances the effect and provides additional fixation. Suitable for daily use as well as for people engaged in active sports.
