Product description

Effective prevention of venous thromboembolism (VTE): reduces the risk of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary artery thromboembolism (PTE) in patients at increased risk of thrombus formation. Improvement of venous blood circulation: promotes activation of venous outflow, reduces blood stasis in the veins of the lower extremities, decreases swelling, and stimulates natural fibrinolysis mechanisms. Optimal solution for the rehabilitation period: supports venous blood circulation after surgeries and in patients with limited mobility, preventing the development of venous thrombosis. Alternative to pharmacological prophylaxis: indispensable during surgical interventions and in the postoperative period, especially in cases where drug prophylaxis is contraindicated or there is a risk of bleeding. Guarantee 24 months Features: SCD600 supports 13 modes of intermittent pneumatic compression, including 12 pre-programmed protocols (1 mode of intermittent gradient compression, 6 modes of intermittent uniform compression, and 5 combined modes), as well as 1 user mode, which allows adapting therapy parameters according to the individual needs of the patient. Intermittent gradient compression: sequential inflation of cuffs towards the heart with gradual pressure reduction. Promotes stimulation of venous outflow, prevention of blood stasis and thrombosis. Intermittent uniform compression: simultaneous inflation of all cuff sections with uniform pressure. Provides gentle effect, improves blood circulation and reduces congestion. Personalized therapy: SCD600 is equipped with two independent channels that allow separate or synchronous control of compression on each limb. Each channel controls 4 compression chambers, and individual compression zone settings allow disabling sensitive or damaged areas, increasing patient comfort and convenience for medical staff. Flexible treatment parameter adjustment: Pressure level and compression duration adjustment allows precise adaptation of therapy to the clinical needs of each patient, ensuring maximum effect and comfort. Intelligent pressure stabilization (PID algorithm): an innovative automatic control system continuously monitors and regulates pressure in real time. This guarantees compression stability, continuous effectiveness, and patient safety throughout the procedure. Dual pressure control: SCD600 is equipped with two pressure sensors that provide accurate real-time monitoring and a dual protection system against pressure exceeding. Dual processor system: two independent processors continuously control all compression parameters, enhancing therapy effectiveness and ensuring its safe execution. High-precision pressure control system: special air supply and exhaust valves with flow regulation allow precise maintenance of the set pressure level in each therapy cycle. Intuitive touch screen: 4.3-inch color touch display with multilingual interface (including Ukrainian language) provides convenient control and real-time display of pressure and cuff status. Full control over therapy is in the hands of medical personnel. Silent operation: the quiet operation of the compressor guarantees maximum patient comfort, especially during prolonged procedures or nighttime use. Autonomy up to 4 hours: the built-in battery provides more than 4 hours of autonomous operation, allowing the system to be used in remote or mobile conditions without connection to the mains. Reliable and hygienic cuffs: reusable and individual cuffs are made of hypoallergenic medical materials, have high wear resistance: - 50 000 inflation cycles for reusable cuffs (Oxford + TPU); - 5 000 cycles for individual (nonwoven material + TPU). Cuffs do not irritate the skin, are securely fixed and do not slip during the procedure. Convenient transportation: SCD600 easily adapts to the clinical environment and provides comfortable use in any conditions: - mobile cart with accessory basket, - convenient carrying handle, - unique clip for bed fixation. Certification: SCD600 is manufactured at a certified facility (ISO 13485) according to international safety standards, complies with Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR) and the Technical Regulation on medical devices (CMU Resolution No. 753). Use of SCD600 in various fields of medicine: Obstetrics: In the postpartum period, especially after cesarean section, women have an increased risk of developing deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary artery thromboembolism (PTE). SCD600 promotes thrombosis prevention by reducing venous stasis and improving blood circulation in the lower extremities. Orthopedics: Postoperative rehabilitation after joint endoprosthetics, fractures, and other orthopedic interventions is accompanied by a risk of venous thrombosis and edema. SCD600 helps reduce venous stasis, improves microcirculation, and accelerates recovery processes. Cardiology: In patients with heart failure or limited mobility, the use of SCD600 helps improve venous blood flow and reduces the risk of thrombosis. (Use in severe peripheral artery disease requires caution). Vascular surgery: SCD600 is used for the prevention of deep vein thrombosis in postoperative patients, as well as to improve venous outflow and alleviate symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency. General surgery: Prevention of thromboembolic complications is an essential component of postoperative care. SCD600 increases venous return and reduces the risk of developing DVT and PTE, contributing to the improvement of the overall condition of patients. Oncology: In oncology patients undergoing chemotherapy or who have undergone surgical interventions, the risk of thrombosis is significantly increased. Compression therapy using SCD600 helps maintain venous outflow and reduces the risk of venous thromboembolism. Neurology: in patients with prolonged immobilization, including individuals after stroke or neurotrauma, the use of SCD600 provides prevention of venous thromboembolism by improving blood circulation. Physical and rehabilitation medicine: during rehabilitation after strokes, injuries, and other conditions with pronounced hypodynamia, SCD600 promotes activation of venous blood flow and accelerates recovery processes. Tactical medicine: SCD600 can be used for primary prevention of deep vein thrombosis in patients with injuries and limited mobility according to the recommendations of the international TCCC tactical medicine guideline (details: tccc.org.ua)
