Product description
Tricycle VDR “Hephaestus” Designed for movement on hard surface terrains, physical rehabilitation, and activation in diseases of the central nervous system and musculoskeletal system. The tricycle is powered by muscular force applied to the bicycle pedal (foot drive). The bicycle is intended for people with height from 1200 to 2000 mm. Regular cycling sessions contribute to the improvement of internal organ functions, particularly cardiovascular, respiratory, and digestive systems. Simultaneous loading of arm and leg muscles during the process of improving prophylactic contracture develops and consolidates existing or lost functions in the upper and lower limbs, improves their motor coordination, and achieves muscle tone. The bicycle is equipped with a seat with torso fixation using an adjustable strap. Shoe holders are also installed on the pedal blocks. A special removable handle is installed behind the bicycle, which allows controlling the speed of movement, the direction of the child's movement, and correcting it. The handle allows an adult accompanying the child to lead the bicycle together. The basic configuration also includes a hand brake for the front wheel. Table for “Hephaestus” models:
