Product description
- galvanization and medicinal electrophoresis (GT); - diadynamic therapy (ON, DN, OR, KP, DP, OV, DV); - amplipulsetherapy (SMT1-SMT5); - electrostimulation (ESM); - electrosleep (Eson); - transcranial electroanalgesia (TEA); - fluctuorization (DPS, DPN, ON); - interference therapy (IT). Portable multifunctional physiotherapeutic device "Radius-01 Inter SMT" is designed for treatment of various diseases by the method of electrotherapy with low and medium frequency currents. The device combines the functions of "Radius-01 Inter" and "Radius-01 FT" devices, thereby providing the following types of effects: - galvanization and medicinal electrophoresis (GT); - diadynamic therapy (ON, DN, OR, KP, DP, OV, DV); - amplipulsetherapy (SMT1-SMT5); - electrostimulation (ESM);- electrosleep (Eson); - transcranial electroanalgesia (TEA);- fluctuorization (DPS, DPN, ON);- interferential therapy (IT). ApplicationThe physiotherapeutic device can be successfully used in therapeutic and preventive and sanatorium institutions, in sports medicine, in private medical practice, in dental offices or cosmetic salons, as well as for treating seriously ill patients at home. Indications:- diseases of the nervous system accompanied by pain syndrome;- neurological manifestations of spinal osteochondrosis;- cuts and paralysis requiring muscle electrostimulation;- joint diseases;- diseases requiring electrostimulation of internal organs;- diseases of the stomach and duodenum;- diseases of the biliary tract;- intestinal diseases;- lung diseases;- kidney diseases;- vascular diseases;- phantom pains. In sports medicine:- bruises, sprains, myositis, myalgia;- stress states and neurotic reactions, overfatigue;- muscle electrostimulation, etc.In cosmetology:- excess weight; cellulite; skin aging. Galvanization and medicinal electrophoresis mode: - GT – Galvanic current - direct current of positive or negative polarity. Smooth current regulation from 0 to 80 mA. SMT – Sinusoidally Modulated CurrentsSMT1 — First mode of operation (IРР, constant modulation, CM) - modulation of the current of the main (carrier) frequency by currents of fixed frequency (in the range 10-150 Hz). The strength of the stimulating effect increases with decreasing modulation frequency and increasing its depth. SMT2 — Second mode of operation (IIРР, bursts-pauses, BP) — combination of bursts of carrier frequency current, modulated by one frequency (in the range 10-150 Hz) with pauses. The duration of current bursts and pauses is discrete within 1-6 s. This mode provides a pronounced contrast effect of SMT against the background of pauses and has the most pronounced neuromuscular stimulating property. SMT3 — Third mode of operation (III РР, bursts — carrier frequency, BC) - combination of bursts of current modulated by a certain frequency (in the range 10-150 Hz) with bursts of unmodulated current at frequency 5 kHz. The duration of current bursts is discrete within 1-6 s. The stimulating effect of SMT in this combination is less pronounced than in the previous mode, but an analgesic effect begins to manifest. SMT4 — Fourth mode of operation (IVРР, alternating frequencies, AF) - combination of alternating bursts of current with modulation frequency 150 Hz and another frequency in the range 10-150 Hz. SMT in this case provides the greatest analgesic effect, which increases with decreasing difference between frequency 150 Hz and the chosen modulation frequency. SMT5 — Fifth mode of operation (VРР, alternating frequencies — pauses, AFP) - combination of alternating bursts of current with different modulation frequencies in the range 10-150 Hz and pauses between them. This mode provides a weakly expressed contrast effect of SMT against the background of pauses and has a mild neuromuscular stimulating and trophic property. Duration of series and pauses (alternation of current types) is set discretely in the ratio 1:1,5; 2:3; 4:6 seconds in the second, third and fourth modes of operation. For the fifth mode of operation, the ratios of two modulated series are set similarly, and the duration of the sum of two series and the duration of the pause is 2,5; 5; 10 seconds. DDT – Diadynamic currents ON- (single half-wave continuous) - sinusoidal current pulses with exponential decay and frequency 50 Hz; DN- (double half-wave continuous) - sinusoidal current pulses with exponential decay and frequency 100 Hz; OR- (single half-wave rhythmic) - a series of ON-type current pulses with a pause; KP- (short period) - alternation of a series of ON-type current pulses with series of DN-type current pulses; DP- (long period) - alternation of a series of ON-type current pulses and a series of pulses complementing it to DN-type current pulses, whose envelope rises from zero to the amplitude of ON current, holds this value, then falls to zero; OV- (single half-wave wave) - series of ON-type current pulses, whose envelope rises from zero to maximum value, holds this value, then falls to zero; DV- (double half-wave wave) - series of DN-type current pulses, whose envelope rises from zero to maximum value, holds this value, then falls to zero TT – Tetanic current for electrostimulation, electrodiagnostics and transcranial electroanalgesia - rectangular pulses with changing parameters: - pulse duration: 0,5 – 4,0 msec; - repetition frequency: 1 – 2000 Hz; - duty cycle: 1 – 100 %. -IPT (impulse rectangular current) - a sequence of monopolar (MP) or bipolar (BP) rectangular impulses with the possibility of adjustment: a) an additional constant component; b) signal/pause ratios in sec; b) pulse repetition frequencies from 1 to 200 Hz; g) frequency deviations; d) signal polarity; e) duty cycle from 1 to 99%. - Eson (electroson) - a sequence of various pulsed rectangular currents with a constant pulse duration of 0,5 msec and low intensity – up to 10 mA with the ability to adjust frequency and deviation in any range from 1 to 200 Hz and with an adjustable DPS (additional direct current component). - TEA (transcranial electroanalgesia) – a sequence of various pulsed rectangular currents with the ability to adjust frequency in the range from 60 to 2000 Hz, pulse duration from 0,2 to 5,0 msec, an additional variable duty cycle mode, and with an adjustable DPS (additional direct current component). MP - monopolar rectangular current MP - monopolar rectangular current with DPS BP - bipolar rectangular current FT - Fluctuating currents: — sinusoidal alternating currents, randomly changing in amplitude and frequency within the range of 200-2000 Hz of three types: - DPS (bipolar symmetrical); - DPN (bipolar asymmetrical) - ON (unipolar). IT - (interference currents) have a distinct, rapidly onset analgesic effect, improve the functional state of the neuromuscular system and peripheral circulation, contribute to the dilation of vessels, acceleration and improvement of metabolism. Unlike other currents (for example, diadynamic DDT), interference currents do not cause skin irritation under the electrodes, therefore they are successfully used in pediatric therapy
