Product description
Liquid acrylic adhesive for repairing composite parts such as prosthetic socket liners. Liquid acrylic resin specially designed for repairing composite elements made from COPACRYL-type acrylic resins on any surface. Polymerization of the resin occurs at room temperature using our SIPACRYL hardener, which contains no harmful substances (non-CMR), at a ratio of 2%-3% by resin weight. FEATURES: suitable for repairing composite parts such as prosthetic socket liners; polymerization at room temperature using SIPACRYL hardener; compatibility with various materials including Perlon® reinforcements, carbon weaves, and natural materials. Safety and handling instructions: COPACRYL resins contain methyl methacrylate, making them flammable. It is important to consider this during processing and storage, and to follow standard safety measures for such materials. Safety data sheets should be reviewed and instructions on packaging and technical documentation followed. Storage and packaging: COPACRYL resins and SIPACRYL hardener have a guaranteed shelf life of 18 months when stored at temperatures from 18°C to 25°C in sealed containers protected from light and moisture. Short-term storage at temperatures up to 35°C or down to 10°C (no more than 3 months) is possible.
