Impregnated with a special silver solution that acts as an effective barrier, better preventing wound contamination. Special medical foam releases silver over a period of up to 72 hours. Provides protection against many bacterial strains, including those resistant to some antibiotics. Strong adhesion on difficult areas and flexibility. Recommended for infected wounds and diabetic foot ulcers. Silver dressing set large 240x150x30 mm.
